Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 March 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to website operators.

2. Cookies We Use

Our website is designed to minimise the use of cookies. We do not use any advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Essential Cookies

We currently do not set any first-party cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes (e.g., load balancing). These are essential for the website to function and cannot be disabled.

Third-Party Cookies

Our website loads resources from the following third-party services, which may set their own cookies:

  • Google Fonts: font files for typography. Google may collect anonymised usage data. Our fonts are optimised through Next.js and served from our own domain where possible.
  • Cloudflare (Font Awesome): icon library served via CDN. Cloudflare may set performance-related cookies.

3. Chatbot Widget

Our AI chatbot assistant does not use cookies or local storage. Conversation data is processed in-memory during your session and is not persisted on your device. If you provide your name and email via the lead capture form, this data is stored securely on our servers (see our Privacy Policy for details).

4. Analytics

We do not currently use any analytics or tracking services (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar). If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and implement appropriate consent mechanisms before any tracking cookies are set.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are set and delete them individually.
  • Block third-party cookies.
  • Block all cookies from specific sites.
  • Block all cookies from being set.
  • Delete all cookies when you close your browser.

Please note that blocking essential cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If we begin using non-essential cookies, we will obtain your consent before they are set, in accordance with UK PECR regulations.

7. Contact

If you have questions about our use of cookies, contact us at contact@corestack.co.uk.
